Every week, we have tai chi and qigong classes. Suitable for beginners, our friendly and relaxed classes on Zoom show a new form each week. As a member (free to join) you can register via Events.
Weekday Waking Wellbeing
20 minutes daily – £2 (free for Monthly Members – All Access) – Monday to Friday 8 am.
Start your weekday off well with our Weekday Waking Wellbeing sessions. Join us on Zoom for a 20-minute session of tai chi, qigong, breathing exercises and meditation.
